This by far is the freshest show you’ve done. 7 ’s baby!!!!!!!! DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist did a concert together spinning nothing but 45’s but I bet you already know. I’m on to 27

  3. Toremanntor says:

The flute around 4:55 sounds a little familiar a part of Dr Dre & Snoop’s Lil’ Ghetto Boy. However, it sounds more like violin in the Dre song. Any Dre sampled the 3rd song in Lil Ghetto Boy?

  4. MrTouchtechnique says:

remy ma used that sample”burning bridges” in a freestyle or a song i dont remember the name of it.

I know this vid has been up for awhile but I just wanted to make sure everybody knows that Big Kap is a person and not the name of the album…The name of the album is “The Tunnel” and it was a joint album by NY DJ’s Funkmaster Flex and Big Kap!!!

Before Big Daddy Kane sampled that Burning Bridges track, Sugar Ray from Double XX posse sampled it in a track called Knock Em out Sugar Ray – Next Plateau Records/ Def City.

  20. aDance2Die2 says:

I think that last track was sampled in a non-hip hop song as well. Can’t remember the name though, sure it was in the 90s though.

  21. gzadrunkgenius says:

lol, the beginning of the vid looks like a cheesy porn video xD, know what i mean?

  22. ZachyZach69 says:

Rocknsoul has the same amount if not more records, their website for songs does not do the store justice! you have to send a list or go in yourself

  23. TheSundoo says:

when are you going to cover Bob James ?

  24. Realizalize says:

    ?? question,
I was looking for hip-hop(ish) mtv peace from
    between 98`up 00 ` or a bit later.
the sample was from a classic orchestra with lots of violins, with a boombastic style
refrain. in the vid , there were BMX freestylers among other stuff, in what looked like “the Dome” of a L.Cravitz-vid
in other colours and less lightening.
i am nearly through this and other possibs but nothing.
young dude , clean, catchy tune and classic sound everybody knows somehow…..pleeeease.
