just run the output of your mixer into the mic input on your computer it takes a little bit of messing around with the inputs on audacity ie changing it from digital to analogue input but its pretty easy to get working hope this helps

already got audacity. how do i hook up my decks to my computer?

  11. bbaazz says:

one easy way of recording your stuff is to just hook up your decks to your computer and run AUDACITY a free program and you can use your computer speakers as monitor and just press record on audacity and your away hope this helps

Dr Suzuki is actually DJ D-Styles’s brand. He puts out the “Table Cloth” Slipmats which im sure emulate this limited edition Serato type.

I’ve done several. You are better off going to the DJ Tutor website to see these videos in a more organized fashion :)

I want to get into spinning (finally after envying the whole idea for a few years) and it seems like this digital concept is the way to go… I DEFINITELY don’t have the $ for a vinyl habit.

Do you have any videos on where to begin with equipment? I have ZERO experience with turntables and the like, however, I am a musician and I’m very familiar with digital music and remixing of tunes.

    Thanks Brian!

The Behringer DJX 700 is a very good mixer!! Brilliant value for money, good money spent!! C’mon like, when are you ever going to get anything as similar to the Pioneer DJM 600 at the price of £150?? Exactly, never!! If your thinking about buying it go ahead. I have one and its brilliant!! Enjoy.
