Most of the time, when the chords were too big to play with both hands, they would use a roll technique to play all the notes, then continue on.

@tunglour Do you mean the very beginning? Like the first 6 measures or so? All of those chords are major, minor, dimished, or major-minor 7th chords. It’s just that they aren’t all chords found in the key signature. Also, some chords in measure 5 and 6 have suspensions that resolve down in the next beat. There are also some quick modulations in there to different tonal centers. The right hand playing in fifths/octaves makes the chords seem different as well.
